YUMA Services facilitates bookings and service requests but may not directly provide the requested services.

- Complying with applicable laws
Service Requests and Deliveries
Service availability may vary depending on provider availability, location, weather, traffic conditions, and operational constraints.
YUMA Services does not guarantee that a service provider will always be available.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Abuse service providers or delivery partners
- Use the platform unlawfully
- Interfere with platform operations
- Engage in fraudulent activity
Provider Responsibilities
Service providers and delivery partners are responsible for delivering services professionally and lawfully.
Payments
Users agree to pay applicable charges associated with bookings made through YUMA Services.
Prices, fees, and payment methods may change from time to time.
Cancellations
Users may cancel bookings subject to any applicable cancellation policies.
YUMA Services reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
YUMA Services acts as a platform connecting customers with independent providers and delivery partners.
To the extent permitted by law, YUMA Services shall not be liable for:
- Provider actions or omissions
- Service delays
- Loss of profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
Delivery Restrictions
To ensure safe and efficient operations, we currently do not accept or deliver:
- Bulk or oversized items
- Items weighing more than 30 kg
- Any item that cannot be safely transported using our available delivery methods
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any delivery request that exceeds these limitations.
Account Suspension or Termination
YUMA Services may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the platform
- Conduct harmful to users or providers
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and branding associated with YUMA Services remain the property of YUMA Services.
Third-Party Platforms
YUMA Services integrates with third-party platforms — including Google Firebase, Expo, Facebook/Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In — to provide core features such as push notifications, messaging, and account login. By using YUMA Services, you acknowledge that your use of these features is also subject to the respective terms of service of each third-party provider. We encourage you to review those terms directly with each provider.
YUMA Services is not responsible for the availability, actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform. Any interruption or change in a third-party service is beyond our control and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Modifications
YUMA Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
